I stumbled across the 43 Folders blog of Merlin Mann, a speaker on personal productivity. In his Inbox Zero series he gives useful tips on how to survive the flood of email in the modern age and the best use the technology. The video below shows a talk he gave on his email tips to Google as part of their Tech Talk series. The tips are useful, and the Google Q&A session gives an interesting glimpse into the workings of Google and the flood of information that their employees seems to be drowning under. It seems strange that a company that started out trying to improve the management of information is now drowning in it.
